Your Personal Information: A special note regarding its Use and Security
All of the requested information within the Equipment Rental Agreement is required and allowable by law.
A special note regarding Ethnicity: It is important to understand your ethnicity is in NO WAY considered during the approval process. Your ethnicity is a way of confirming your identity. Your ethnicity is not entered into our account database, but is checked via the hard copy of the contract if there is a question about your identity. Those renters unwilling or uncomfortable providing this information may still rent an instrument but must contact us by phone or in person to complete the rental.
BNC Education and its parent, Veritas Instrument Rentals do not share customer's personal information to any third party (except credit bureaurs for approval and reporting purposes. Access to information and changes to customer accounts is restricted to the account holder named on the Equipment Rental Agreement.
